Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Engineer to lead the growth and modernization of its enterprise ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and enforce engineering standards and best practices for the ServiceNow platform
Lead platform modernization projects, including technical debt reduction and deprecation replacements
Provide architectural leadership and support across the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring solutions are secure and scalable

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience configuring the ServiceNow Platform in an enterprise environment
7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Experience leading platform modernization and cleanup programs
ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent ITSM certification) and multiple ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA)
Experience with integration using ServiceNow APIs and enterprise technologies
