Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and scalability of its financial technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SRE strategy to align reliability practices with business goals
• Lead incident response and drive reliability improvements across product workstreams
• Automate operational workflows and mentor engineers to enhance SRE skills across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software or systems engineering experience, including 5+ years in SRE roles
• Proven leadership experience influencing reliability practices across multiple teams
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Deep expertise in observability, monitoring, and incident management
• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Java or Node.js
