Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, upgrade, design, and build scalable infrastructure solutions leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, and RDS
• Drive capacity planning, benchmarking, and stress testing to enhance system reliability and scalability
• Mentor engineers and lead initiatives for observability, security, and CI/CD best practices

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software or infrastructure engineering experience, including significant SRE and backend experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with RESTful APIs
• Expertise with SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and performance optimization
• Proficiency in observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
