Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution quality for high severity incidents, ensuring effective command and leadership
• Act as the senior incident leader for critical incidents, aligning on impact and recovery priorities
• Develop and coach a team of Site Reliability Engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with relevant technical experience
• 2+ years of technical experience for a Doctorate, 3+ years for a Master's, or 5+ years for a Bachelor's in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
• Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
• Experience with large-scale cloud or distributed systems is preferred
• Proven experience leading teams through high severity production incidents
