Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring uptime and performance, the full-time Principal Site Reliability Engineer will develop automation solutions, design monitoring systems, and manage incident lifecycles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operations
• Design and implement effective monitoring and alerting systems
• Own the incident lifecycle, leading root cause analysis and resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or related role
• Strong understanding of system administration, Linux, and scripting languages (Python and various shells)
• Expertise in developing automation tools for monitoring, alerting, and deployment
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes and Docker)
