Principal Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Merging medical imaging solutions, the full-time Principal Site Reliability Engineer will leverage deep technical expertise to establish reliability standards and operational automation for business-critical, PHI-bearing cloud platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across development, QA, and operations teams
- Define and govern service level objectives (SLOs) and set observability standards for metrics and alerting
- Design and implement automation strategies for platform operations, including infrastructure-as-code and automated remediation
Required qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure operations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams or projects to successful outcomes
- Experience operating production SaaS at scale with formal availability commitments
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, and automation tools
