Key responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging AI and software architecture technologies for product integration
- Analyze existing system designs for scalability and AI-readiness, recommending solutions as needed

Required qualifications
- 10+ years in web application development and service-oriented architecture, with a focus on AI-enabled design
- 10+ years in full-stack enterprise application development, including experience with AI and data-driven capabilities
- 10+ years of leadership experience in software engineering, mentoring teams on AI adoption and architectural practices
- Mastery of software architecture and design, particularly in AI-enabled systems
- Expertise in Microsoft .NET and modern application integration patterns for AI services
