Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Developer, Backend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture and technical direction for major backend systems, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
• Design and operate applied AI systems in production, focusing on monitoring and quality measurement

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in building and operating production backend systems in SaaS environments
• Deep expertise in AWS and cloud-native architectures with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and lead technical decisions across various systems
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled features into production
