Principal Software Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the remote Principal Software Developer will architect, design, and deploy production-grade AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs and enterprise data
• Build agentic AI systems utilizing memory, planning, orchestration, and workflow automation
• Optimize AI systems for quality, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while establishing evaluation frameworks for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or related fields
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience designing and operating production ML, AI, or agentic AI systems at scale
• Proficiency in Python and Java with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend services
• Experience with modern LLM ecosystems and asynchronous communication patterns
