Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the shared platform layer for Flowise across various deployments
• Lead architectural decisions for AI agent design patterns and production reliability strategies
• Contribute directly to the codebase and mentor senior engineers in engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in large scale production systems
• 6+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• 6+ years of experience architecting distributed systems and scalable APIs
• Experience building production AI systems and working with orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
