Principal Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating within a cross-functional team, the full-time remote Principal Software Development Engineer will build transformative AI agents for HR and Finance, focusing on integrating solutions into the Workday suite and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver AI-powered agents that enhance HR and Financial workflows, facilitating intelligent decision-making
• Participate in a supportive team culture that emphasizes curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices
• Take ownership of multiple functional areas from development to production, ensuring effective integration and performance

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering
• 7+ years of experience with a web development framework, preferably Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
• 5+ years of experience with React and Typescript for Front End / Full stack development
• 8+ years of experience with a Relational Database, preferably PostgreSQL
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
