Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal SW Engineer to lead the development of wireless WAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and propose hardware and firmware platform architectures aligned with company strategy
• Lead a team to develop hardware and firmware solutions for an all-wireless enterprise
• Advise on new technologies and partner with engineering leaders to deliver competitive solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science; Master's or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a senior technical role in the networking industry
• Experience with wireless technologies, enterprise-class networking, and X86/ARM-based architectures
• Familiarity with Linux-based architectures for networking platforms and AI/ML at the network edge
• Demonstrated technical leadership within the computing and networking industry
