Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead hands-on development and drive technical direction in building scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to the engineering team, establishing best practices and standards
• Ensure code quality through coding standards, code reviews, and team-wide quality improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience, particularly with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions and using modern cloud frameworks, such as AWS
• Deep understanding of responsive design and user experience across devices
• Proven ability to design reusable components for scalable systems
• Extensive experience with testing methodologies and tools like Jest, Cypress, and Selenium
