Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their Global Technology Data & Artificial Intelligence organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions for Nike Direct, Supply Chain, and Commercial space
• Design, implement, and integrate new technologies while evolving data and analytics products
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to process and store high-volume data sets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or architect in large-scale data architecture
• 5+ years of experience with Hadoop and Big Data processing frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with modern data technologies and proficiency in programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with data modeling, data quality metrics, and operationalizing complex data pipelines
