Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in systems programming (Rust preferred; C++, Go, or similar experience welcome)
• Familiarity with parallel computing and performance optimization (OpenMP, CUDA, MPI, etc.)
• Demonstrated mentoring and team leadership throughout your career
• Able to work independently and asynchronously in a remote-first environment
