A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Support the design, coding, testing, and integration of software within an agile framework
Design, develop, and maintain new software functionality, while modifying existing code as necessary
Collaborate with other teams to integrate components and troubleshoot issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or a STEM-focused degree with 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in developing with Python and microservice applications
Knowledge of Air Force Weather operations and technology integration
Experience leading Scrum teams and working with meteorological information
Current U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance required
