Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Oracle EBS / Cloud - HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions for the Oracle EBS platform in HCM and Cloud domains
• Develop, maintain, and support new and existing Oracle EBS HCM and Cloud functionalities
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise frameworks and systems integrations
• Technical expertise in development tools and processes, including PL/SQL and XML
• Advanced understanding of Agile and object-oriented software development methodologies
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud applications, including Core HR and Payroll
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a high-speed environment
