Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems for query-ability on a large-scale cloud inventory
• Optimize the performance of distributed systems and query engines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture and development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, or Java
• 6+ years of experience in object-oriented programming languages including runtime internals
• 4+ years of operational experience in large-scale cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• 2+ years of experience providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
