Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of the system, including the chrome extension, editing platform, and replay rendering
• Help customers create, organize, and analyze replays while ensuring high-quality code delivery
• Utilize Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development techniques to maintain robust software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Front End technologies
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Angular) and experience with Django or Flask
• Ability to make technical trade-offs while considering both technical and business needs
• Passion for mentoring junior team members and adapting to changing business needs
