Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Access Management SaaS Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision and architectural strategy for the engineering organization, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security
• Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into a cohesive technology strategy and roadmap
• Set and enforce high standards for code quality, system design, and operational excellence across the engineering organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience developing software with Python, C#, and .NET 6+ in a senior engineering capacity
• Proven track record of architecting and operating large-scale, distributed systems in a SaaS environment
• Experience with microservices and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture
