Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, ML Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, distributed infrastructure services on Kubernetes
- Set the technical vision and roadmap for the team, making impactful decisions to accelerate AV development
- Mentor and guide other engineers, enhancing the team's technical capabilities through design reviews and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, having designed and operated services at scale
- Proven experience building large-scale infrastructure and understanding of distributed systems
- Expertise in Python, Go, or a similar programming language
