Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Core GenAI Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for the Core GenAI Platform
• Lead architecture and design of large-scale, mission-critical systems for model inference and orchestration
• Mentor senior engineers and shape the growth of future technical leaders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading large-scale technical initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems and platform infrastructure
• Deep expertise in backend systems and infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience designing ML/LLM platforms at scale, focusing on cost, latency, and reliability
• Demonstrated ability to set long-term technical direction and influence organizational strategy
