Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Oracle EBS / Cloud - HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions for the Oracle EBS platform in HCM and Cloud domains
• Develop, maintain, and support new and existing Oracle EBS HCM and Cloud functionality
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Technical expertise in development tools and processes
• Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, and related technologies
• Experience with Agile and object-oriented software development methodologies
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and Cloud applications, including Core HR and Payroll
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
