Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, AI Platform (Python/React).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for platform features and services, translating requirements into actionable designs
• Implement backend services in Python/FastAPI and React frontends, managing the development process from idea to production
• Champion high-quality engineering practices, including code reviews, documentation, and automated testing approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects
• Strong proficiency with Python and modern web backends (FastAPI, Flask, Django, etc.) and significant experience with React
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems or multi-service architectures
• Solid understanding of security fundamentals and automated testing, along with CI/CD practices
