Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Core Sharing & Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical outcomes across multiple teams, delivering critical customer and business impact
• Define long-term technical strategy and partner with senior leaders as the technical owner for key objectives
• Remain hands-on in software development, tackling complex foundational parts of the system

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
• 15+ years of experience in designing and evolving large-scale software systems
• Demonstrated success at a Principal level with influence on long-term technical direction
• Strong experience in building consumer-facing products at scale
• Broad technical expertise across multiple domains, including frontend, mobile, and distributed systems
