Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer (Scala, Big Data Engineering, SQL/NoSQL) - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new, high impact functionality into the Signals Data Factory
• Work on a medium to large data transformation engine capable of processing petabytes of data
• Create secure, performant interfaces and services while guiding fellow team members on priorities and feature implementation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Development experience
• 7+ years of Enterprise Level Application Design experience
• 7+ years of Big Data Processing and Transformation Pipelines expertise
• 7+ years of demonstrated Leadership Qualities
• 7+ years of expertise with Scala and experience with Relational Database Design and Development
