• 15+ years of experience in software engineering with deep expertise in the .Net stack
• Mastery in designing large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms and advanced CI/CD practices
• Proven ability to mentor and guide engineers at all levels
