Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain low-level streaming drivers and manage the Windows boot process
• Utilize expertise in NDIS and STORPORT to architect high-performance data paths
• Develop and support UEFI firmware applications and troubleshoot network boot pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of expertise in C/C++ systems programming (or 8 years with a Master's / 5 years with a PhD)
• Proven track record in kernel-mode development and driver maintenance
• Practical experience with UEFI/BIOS environments and pre-boot application development
• Experience leading technical initiatives in large-scale agile development environments
• Understanding of trusted execution environments and secure boot sequences
