Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer - AI/HPC Middleware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of HPC middleware and AI middleware stacks
• Deliver performance-critical communication paths and optimize collective communication algorithms
• Drive upstream contributions and represent the company in open-source communities

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in high-performance systems programming in C/C++ on Linux
• Hands-on experience with MPI internals and/or SHMEM implementations
• Experience optimizing collective communications for HPC and/or AI workloads
• Strong understanding of RDMA and performance tuning
• Proven open-source contribution track record and technical leadership in complex systems
