Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Forward-Deployed) to build full-stack, cloud and AI-driven health tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software systems that deliver business value, focusing on full-stack development
• Rapidly prototype and deliver production software while integrating AI tools into the development workflow
• Collaborate with business units to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver working solutions based on user feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js or React) and backend API development
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools and experience building production generative AI applications
