Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Platform Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for platform capabilities across cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and security
• Establish architectural guardrails and governance frameworks to enable fast movement while maintaining security and reliability
• Mentor and influence the career growth of Senior and Staff Engineers across platform teams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in platform engineering or distributed systems
• Strong hands-on software development skills with the ability to write production-quality code and develop internal tooling
• Proven track record leading multi-year technical initiatives in high-growth technology companies
• Experience with cloud cost optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
