Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or systems engineering roles
• Extremely strong proficiency in the Java programming language and its ecosystem
• Deep experience with complex, distributed systems in production environments
• Expert understanding of incident management and service reliability
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across teams and organizational boundaries
