Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, or C++
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development and software architecture principles
