Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to drive the architecture and delivery of their next-gen compliance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain reusable, testable, and efficient code while leading front-end and back-end development
• Mentor and grow a team of developers, managing remote collaboration and team culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 15+ years preferred
• Proven experience leading remote or hybrid development teams
• Experience managing collaboration across multiple time zones
• Strong async communication skills in remote-first environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps CI/CD
