Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, or C/C++
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles
