Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer/Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex, scalable software solutions across multiple squads and domains
• Drive and uphold engineering standards, ensuring consistency, code quality, and best practices adoption
• Act as a trusted leader, providing technical continuity across squads and guiding cross-functional teams through complex problem solving

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expert-level proficiency in software architecture, system design, and integration patterns
• Deep experience with cloud-native development using AWS services
• Strong command of backend frameworks: Java/Spring Boot and JavaScript/NodeJS
• Advanced knowledge of microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture
