Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI systems for user personalization
• Drive the development and rapid prototyping of features for mobile and web applications
• Establish and promote scalable platform standards and ensure quality through robust code and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures
• 10+ years of experience in designing scalable, distributed systems, including microservices and APIs
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OCI) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in distributed systems concepts and database management (SQL and NoSQL)
• Proficiency in at least one high-level systems language (Go, Rust, or Java)
