Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer (P5).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user experience feature development and enhance existing features for advanced Assistant capabilities
• Design and architect new feature solutions, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance across team deliverables
• Mentor junior team members and drive innovation by addressing technical and non-technical bottlenecks

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of backend software development experience, primarily in Java
• 5+ years of experience designing and integrating robust RESTful APIs and microservices
• 8 years of experience with SQL for designing and optimizing relational databases
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD and deployment subsystems like Jenkins and Kubernetes
• 5+ years of technical lead or architect experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
