Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the development of AI-native infrastructure tools and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AI and ML-driven frameworks to automate infrastructure
• Design large-scale features and set the technical product vision for the organization
• Define and drive a comprehensive monitoring strategy to enhance operational models

Required Qualifications

• Extensive professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex services
• Deep experience in large-scale platform architecture and distributed systems
• Strong technical background in IaaS, PaaS, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience as a people manager is a bonus
