Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will serve as the technical authority for development and architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technical ownership of a high-revenue web platform and mobile app
• Design architecture and establish long-term technical strategy
• Optimize performance across server-side rendering and machine learning pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Proven experience with React in a server-side rendering context
• Expertise in MySQL, including database design and query optimization
• Experience with BigQuery for managing large-scale datasets
• Hands-on experience with GCP services including Cloud Run and Load Balancing
