Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer - Internal Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the internal developer platform, focusing on self-service tooling and CI/CD infrastructure
• Architect and evolve core developer experience systems, including internal developer portals and AI-assisted workflows
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered developer tooling and mentor engineers across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, particularly in platform engineering or developer productivity products
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems and developer tooling
• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or equivalent modern languages
• Deep expertise in internal developer platform design and implementation
• Experience with AI developer tooling and developer productivity measurement frameworks
