Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Git Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple services
• Document architectural designs, run experiments, and validate approaches with prototypes
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and coordinate with engineering and product owners to deliver projects

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in relevant fields may substitute for years of experience
• Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services is preferred
