Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead and contribute within a Scrum team to deliver complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and propose solutions, estimating and planning work across the Agile lifecycle
• Implement complex changes to the codebase while maintaining team standards and utilizing AI-assisted coding
• Collaborate in Scrum activities, mentor engineers, and support technical research and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related experience preferred
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience developing software & systems on the Microsoft Technology Stack using C# and .Net
• Strong experience with relational databases and distributed systems
• Proficiency using modern AI coding and analysis tools
• Experience mentoring and providing technical coaching to less experienced developers
