Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Leadership) - Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the team's goals and technical direction for organizational efficiency
• Lead long-term technical vision and roadmap for large cross-company efforts
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues while reducing technical debt

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language OR 8+ years with a PhD
• Experience mentoring/influencing executive stakeholders across organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience driving large cross-functional engineering efforts
• Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps aligned with long-term missions
