Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer specializing in Solid State Drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect new persistent data storage platforms for AI/HPC workloads
• Oversee SSD selection, performance optimization, and operational excellence
• Lead system integration and optimize storage performance for SSD platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of firmware development experience using C/C++
• Demonstrated expertise in SSD architecture and software/firmware development
• Extensive knowledge of storage systems architecture and performance metrics
• Experience driving operational excellence for storage systems, ideally in a Cloud provider setting
