Job Summary

Principal Software Engineer will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on building cloud-native healthcare platforms using Java and Python, while mentoring other developers and solving complex production challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build large-scale cloud-native healthcare platforms
• Lead system design for scalability, reliability, and observability
• Mentor and elevate other engineers while driving engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Deep expertise in Java with strong debugging skills
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Python and/or shell scripting
• Experience in building and operating distributed systems in production
