Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Principal Software Engineer, this full-time position involves defining and driving the technical direction for cloud-native applications using Flutter, while mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical vision for cloud platforms and front-end applications
• Lead high-impact initiatives, guiding architecture and engineering best practices
• Mentor senior engineers and foster collaboration across teams while staying current with emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including Agile delivery of enterprise-scale systems
• 5+ years developing user-facing applications using Flutter, Angular, and/or React
• 3+ years designing and building solutions in a public cloud environment (GCP, Azure, or equivalent)
• 3+ years applying best practices for security, availability, and performance in production systems
• Experience designing or integrating AI or generative AI solutions
