Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 8+ years with a PhD
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
• Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations
• Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps aligned with long-term missions
• Experience driving large cross-functional engineering efforts
