Job Summary

Principal Software Engineer, responsible for applying AI across engineering teams and product lifecycles within the OMNI technology domain in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex software solutions and drive AI engineering practices
• Collaborate on solution design and define a scalable design system across product portfolios
• Manage the software roadmap and ensure alignment with business requirements and AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• 7 to 12 months of supervisory experience over junior colleagues
• Experience with AI technologies and software development methodologies
• Proficiency in web development technologies and API engineering
