Leading engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will drive end-to-end execution of large-scale projects, align teams around strategic priorities, and establish technical standards to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives that improve revenue, loss ratio, and customer experience
• Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders on high-value initiatives, clarifying priorities and expected impacts
• Establish and evolve technical standards and best practices that scale across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven leadership in managing projects across multiple teams and functional domains
• Excellent communication skills with both engineering teams and senior business leaders
